We ship worldwide using express courier air freight.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $180 USD.

Otherwise, we apply a flat rate of $30 USD shipping cost to all countries except Indonesia, within Indonesia the shipping is free of charge.

Yes! We offer free worldwide express courier shipping to all orders worth $200 USD and more. Also, free shipping is offered on all orders within Indonesia.

For items that are available in stock, shipping to the United States of America, the United Kingdom and metropolitan areas of Australia with DHL Express can take up to 3 – 5 business days. Otherwise, shipping can take 10 – 14 business days.

You will receive a tracking number only once your goods have been shipped. Most parcels arrive within 10 days. If items are heavily beaded or require hand sewing, please allow an extra 4 to 5 days for production.

We use DHL Express and EMS International Express Air Freight that provide full live online tracking.

We choose DHL and EMS for security and reliability along with its affiliations with most worldwide postal services. Parcels are air mailed and require signature upon delivery.

We have no way of knowing whether a particular country or parcel will or will not attract import fees, and we can not be held responsible for such costs. We do everything in our power to avoid our customers attracting extra charges, but this is beyond our control and responsibility. If you are concerned about incoming taxes please consult the import / customs agency of your country for further information.

For all shipping please include your contact phone number so that the courier may contact you if there are any problems with delivery.

For the United States of America, the United Kingdom and metropolitan Australia, we use DHL Express.

Otherwise, we ship with EMS International. When your parcel reaches your country, the shipment may change hands to an alternate postal service.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your goods have been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number, that simply means that your order hasn’t been shipped yet.

For individual tracking or delivery concerns, please contact the shipping company directly. We take no responsibility for individual deliveries once the goods have been shipped.

Yes, you will be responsible for all the possible taxes and / or customs fees your country may charge for importing goods.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; LeAle has no control over these charges, nor can LeAAle predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We use express courier airfreight with full live tracking facilities for all of our orders. This is the fastest possible method available at this stage.

Yes – we accept credit card payments on our website. The secure payment facility is supported by Stripe – the safest way to pay online.

The items on our web shop are priced in US Dollars (USD).

Yes, it is very safe. We use the industry leading online payment company – Stripe. Our website also uses the SSL technology to keep your payment safe. In addition, when you send a payment using Stripe, we do not receive or hold sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number on our website or servers.

Our shop’s main currency is American Dollar (USD). If you are shopping in your own currency, at the checkout you are quoted the total price in USD. You will be charged the current equivalent to this $ USD amount in your own currency.

Returns can be mailed back at your own cost If:

1. The goods have been unused and are in ‘as new’ condition.

2. The goods have been purchased no more than 30 days prior.

3. No returns or exchanges will be offered for goods purchased “on sale” or discounted offer.

4. Refund must be agreed to before the item is mailed back.

5. No refunds will be issued for change of heart.

7. Unless ordered together we will not be held responsible for colour matching of individual items. Dye lots change frequently here and existing pieces are subject to washing/fading etc.

Once the goods have been received the refund shall be issued for the total price excluding mail costs.

We are mainly an online store and you can buy our products online. However, sometimes we also partner with some local retailers to sell our collection items. Please send us an email on [email protected] with your current location.

Our 2-piece bikini sets cannot be split across sizing. For customers requiring a different size top to bottom we recommend purchasing a 2-piece bikini plus a matching item from our separates range, or mixing and matching from our separates styles.

We ensure colour matching for items purchased in the same order. Dye lots of fabric (when applicable) change frequently and we cannot be held responsible for colour matching for items purchased separately.

All of our swimwear is designed for use in the water and is water-tested prior to being listed for sale. As with other swimwear labels, we recommend hand-washing our products and lying them flat and in the shade to dry.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 USD (before post). We also add styles sometimes to sale stock. No other regular discounts are offered.

Our small team is working hard from Monday to Friday, (9am-8pm, GMT +8), and they are kept very busy.

We receive a very high number of emails and try our best to answer to most requests within 72 hours between Monday and Friday.
